Job summary

Cranfield Quality Services Ltd is seeking a Casual Room Attendant for Mitchell Hall in Cranfield. You will maintain clean, comfortable bedrooms and public areas, and provide friendly service to guests throughout shifts.

Hours are 9:00 to 15:00, Monday to Sunday; shifts vary, uniform and in-house training are provided, and you must to be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanour required.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Follow Health and Safety Policy at all times.
• Clean and service bedrooms to the expected standards.
• Clean public areas including stairs and corridors to the expected standards.
• Stock and tidy housekeeping trolleys and cupboards at the end of each shift.
• Report any faulty equipment following reporting procedures.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by management.

Casual Room Attendant (Mitchell Hall)

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Ensure an exceptional customer service is provided at all times
• Comply with Health and Safety Policy at all times
• Clean and service bedroom accommodation to the expected standards, following correct procedures
• Clean public areas including stairs and corridors to the expected standards, following correct procedures
• Fully stock and tidy housekeeping trolleys and cupboards at the end of each shift
• Remove from use and report any faulty equipment following the correct reporting procedures
• Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team

Working hours are between 9:00 and 15:00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week. Shifts are available on as and when required basis as per business needs

Uniform (excluding footwear) and in-house training are provided.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.
