Job summary

Hilton Watford is hiring a Casual Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming. You will make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and handle routine deep cleaning as needed, while delivering warm hospitality to every guest.

As a Casual Room Attendant, you're not just ensuring the cleanliness of guest rooms - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
