Job summary

Hilton Birmingham is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service and events. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to be part of a global hospitality team.

You will greet guests, take and serve orders, set tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Free meals on duty and opportunities for extra hours are available.

Here’s What You'll Do During a Typical Day

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
