Job summary

Positions are on a casual basis. Hours will be flexible as and when required by the business, during store opening hours (08:00-21:00 Monday to Friday, 12:00-19:00 Saturday and 10:00-16:00 Sunday).

Working in our stores means that you are the face of our lively campus outlets. At our Fresh and Market stores, we offer a wide range of choice for our customers and strive to deliver excellent customer service. We are therefore interested in hearing from students with some work experience within either retail or hospitality. Any supervisory / management experience in similar roles for the casual supervisor position would also be an advantage.

About the role

Casual Retail Supervisor - you will primarily be supporting the team with closing the store.

Tasks will include supervising a team of casual retail assistants to make sure shelves are well stocked, facing up the aisles and locking up the store. You’ll be given additional training to be able to answer customer queries on allergens, complete basic refunds and deal with any other issues as they arise.

Previous supervisory experience will be preferred,but it is essential that you have previous retail or hospitality experience.
