Register an interest for our Casual Retail Store Opportunities across Merseyside

This vacancy is open to applicants interested in our stores located within the Merseyside area, including Anfield Store, Williamson Square Store, Liverpool One Store, and Chester Store.

We’re looking for individuals passionate about customer service who enjoy working as part of a team.

What will you be doing?

1. Dealing with customer sales and refunds, focusing on customer care and experience.
2. Handling till operations, including processing cash and card payments.
3. Building product knowledge to advise and guide customers on product selection.
4. Driving sales through upselling, increasing AVS, UPT, and conversion rates.
5. Merchandising and display.
6. Managing stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
7. Supporting the receipt and storage of stock deliveries.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have retail or customer service experience, with strong numeracy and literacy skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering high-quality customer service and teamwork.
