Job summary

Budwood Limited, part of the Polaris Community, is recruiting Casual Residential Support Workers in Southampton to help children and young people achieve positive futures. You will support daily routines, build trusted relationships and provide a safe, encouraging home environment with full training provided from day one.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you and cover an enhanced DBS check. The role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it
• Friendly, able to speak as well as listen to children and colleagues
• Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check, cost covered by us

Responsibilities

• Support young people with their daily routines
