The Role:

As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.

What does the role involve?

A hands-on role that requires you to:

  • Meet and greet all customers upon arrival, assisting them as required.
  • Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities.
  • Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Team Leader.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.

This role will be based at Waterloovillebut will be expected to travel to other company site as the need requires.
