Responsibilities

• As receptionist, contribute to the guest experience from Check-In to Check-Out with excellent service.
• Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of room categories, rates, packages and general product knowledge.
• Maximise room occupancy using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
• Ensure high levels of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety laws.
