Casual Receptionist at both the Conference Centre Ltd & Mitchell Hall Hotel

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Working across both hotel receptions
• Greeting and registration of guests and delegates
• Cashier functions, checking out, and problem solving and dealing with reservations.
• Dealing with enquiries and providing information in person, by email and on the telephone
• Handling guest’s post/packages and general questions and queries
• Supporting the accommodation team with student enquiries and processing tenancies

This role is consistently versatile, interesting, and challenging; you must be enthusiastic, naturally helpful and have a calm, welcoming and professional manner.

The working hours will be on an as and when required basis. Working hours are between 07.00 and 23.00 with flexible start and finish times. Including weekends.
