Job Description:

Trump Turnberry is seeking exceptional, talented individuals to join our legendary team.

Position Scope:

Pool & Fitness Attendants deliver exceptional service to guests and members, ensuring all aspects of the spa operation meet Forbes standards, while providing five-star client care. They are responsible for revenue generation through upselling personal training and cross-selling other spa & resort services. They perform spa setup and close-down procedures and ensure guest amenities are replenished throughout the day.

Job Functions:

1. Maintain adequate pool coverage, including lifeguard duties, pool tests, and monitoring cleanliness. Liaise with technical services for pool plant room maintenance.
2. Keep equipment and guest supplies in fitness and spa areas clean and stocked.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the entire spa, especially changing rooms, toilets, showers, and relaxation areas.
4. Follow opening and closing procedures, reporting maintenance issues to the Duty Manager.
5. Achieve sales targets set by the Spa Manager, promoting ongoing fitness programs and cross-selling services.
6. Assist in driving personal training revenue by recommending sessions based on client goals.
7. Provide personal training, gym instruction, and fitness programs tailored to guests’ needs, monitoring progress regularly.

Candidate Specification:

1. Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
2. Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
3. Previous experience in a spa or leisure environment is essential.
4. Hold a relevant lifeguarding qualification.
5. First Aid qualification is desirable.
6. Fitness qualification is preferred but not essential.
7. Be flexible to perform additional duties as deemed reasonable by management.
