Job summary

Choices and Rights Disability Coalition is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a young lady with ADHD, autism and Tourette’s in the HU2 area of Hull. You will accompany her to daycentre, activities and medical appointments, and provide some personal care and companionship.

The role is casual hours with two sleepovers weekly; a current driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to enable transport for daily routines and outings.

Qualifications

• Support with personal and continence care.
• Flexible hours; two sleepovers per week.
• Honest, reliable, good communicator.
• Driver with vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport the young lady to and from day centre and appointments.
• accompany her to shops, cinema, and local park activities.
• Provide personal and continence care as needed.
• Cover two sleepovers per week; mileage paid.
