Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Casual Night Team Member to join our team and ensure the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. The Night Team Member will be responsible for managing guest requests, ensuring security and safety procedures are followed, and providing support to the hotel staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and safety procedures during the night shift.
• Perform regular security checks throughout the hotel.
• Support hotel staff during the night shift.
• Assist with maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Set up meeting rooms and other areas as required.
