Job Description:

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will provide a high standard & quality service of an overall and in-depth level of cleaning & sanitation across all kitchens on the estate.

The Role

• Deep cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen units, benches, behind units, stores, shelving, walls, ovens, windows, fixtures, fittings, canopies, stoves, bins—all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Understand all systems and COSHH regulations before using any chemicals or cleaning substances.
• Ensure the daily and nightly estate kitchens cleaning and sanitation checklist is followed precisely, as directed by the SOC/Kitchen Manager, and checked and signed off at the end of every shift.

Shift Pattern

• This is a casual position, where you may work up to 40 hours per week.
• The candidate must be flexible to work any day, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Hours are typically from 10 pm to 7 am.

Salary: Up to £12.92 per hour plus tronc
