The impressive brand-new Everton Stadium, located on Bramley-Moore dock, Liverpool, is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors to the site.

We currently have an opportunity for a number of Mixologists to join our team at Aramark, delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium.

The mixologist must be able to provide training to educate restaurant and bar staff about cocktails, ingredients, garnishing, presentation, and service. Your creativity and expertise will be key in developing and perfecting signature cocktails and promoting the bar’s offerings. Providing expert recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience. The role requires a deep knowledge of preparing a variety of cocktails.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing cocktails, mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide range of cocktails based on recipes or customized requests, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with the bar manager to experiment with new ingredients and create innovative drinks that enhance the customer experience.
• Having a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs, and other cocktail ingredients, including their flavors, origins, and best uses.
• Monitoring stock levels, supporting with ordering supplies, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and stocked, with all tools, glassware, and equipment in good working condition.
• Suggesting premium drinks, cocktails, or add-ons to increase sales and provide a memorable experience.
• Setting up stations, breakdown responsibilities, and delivering premium service.
• Undertaking additional duties as deemed reasonable by management to meet business demands.
• Creating an outstanding guest experience in all premium outlets in the stadium.
• Being approachable, with good interpersonal skills, extensive cocktail knowledge, and understanding of allergens; capable of making recommendations.
• Supporting cocktail tastings or educational sessions for staff.
• Engaging proactively with guests and clients on match-days to ensure a first-class premium experience, promoting cocktail features and upselling premium options.
• Addressing guest or client feedback promptly on match-day and passing feedback to management for improvements.
• Maintaining match day procedures, monitoring stock sheets, managing stock transfers, wastage, and ensuring proper documentation.

You'll be set up for success if you have:
