Job Description:

We are looking for people with flexibility to support our Oakwood Hall Service as Casual Mental Health Support Workers!

Oakwood Hall provides 12 residential placements and community support for adults with enduring, complex mental health needs not easily met by existing services.

As a Casual Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll provide high quality flexible and responsive support to adults (18+) requiring long term 24-hour mental health support to meet their individual goals.

If you:

  • Have experience of supporting people with complex needs.
  • Enjoy building meaningful relationships.
  • Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathise.
  • Can work flexibly including shifts, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
