Main Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of your area prior to guests' arrival, ensuring all mise en place, equipment, and preparations are in place.
• Work efficiently, adhering to company practices.
• Complete tasks assigned by a supervisor, working proactively at all times.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, describing items in detail to guests and recording orders accurately.
• Understand fine dining etiquette and adhere to it at all times.
• Have extensive knowledge of wine and champagne lists, providing recommendations as needed.
• Deliver the highest possible level of customer service.
• Follow food allergen information and service procedures.
• Ensure all food and beverage products served meet quality standards, are well-presented, and served according to guidelines.
• Possess extensive knowledge of all stocked beverage products.
• Report guest complaints, queries, or issues to a supervisor and assist in resolving them where possible.
• Comply fully with all licensing legislation, including company-specific regulations.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes, working in different areas as required by business needs or requests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
