Location: In or Near Old Trafford Stadium

The Purpose

To promote and sell Manchester United Foundation lottery raffle tickets in areas designated by the management on matchday.


  • To maximise the potential of Manchester United Foundation (Trading) Limited (MUFT) lottery sales.
  • Sell matchday lottery tickets to adult customers (over 16) and only in the allocated sales area.
  • Prepare sales figures for the management and accurately bank ready the event sales money and credit card payments.
  • To always provide a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with the Gambling Act 2005.
  • To deliver the raffle ticket stubs to the office in good time as to enter the raffle draw.
  • To make customers fully aware of the draw procedure and where necessary our uses of gathered information.
  • Advise draw results on Manchester United Foundation website.
  • To ensure an effective after sales process is carried out.
  • To work as part of a team and meet targets set by the management.
  • Successful applicants will require a basic DBS check
