This is an incredible opportunity to join our team at Sodexo Live! at St James' Park, Newcastle United Football Club for the 2025/26 season. Following our biggest season yet, we are looking to start the upcoming season where we left off.

This role offers the opportunity to work at both Matchday and Non-Matchday Events. Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Perform visual hazard checks of the kitchen
  • Clean equipment, utensils, crockery, and glassware during and after service
  • Operate the dishwasher
  • Dispose of rubbish correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen throughout and after service
  • Use correct cleaning chemicals following COSHH guidelines
  • Wear appropriate PPE throughout the shift, including full uniform (black trousers & tops) and safety shoes
  • Store and remove unused trolleys and grates properly
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to safeguard standards
  • Report broken or malfunctioning equipment immediately to the supervisor
  • Clock out and sign off with your department's senior manager at the end of your shift
