Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all food items are served at the correct temperature and presented to a high standard.
• Adhere to food hygiene, allergen, and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain correct and hygienic handling of food items.
• Participate in training as required by legislation and company standards, including timely completion of FLOW training.
• Cook all food in line with company standards and regulations to meet demand.
