Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve all products and food items according to pre-agreed specifications.
  • Conduct pre-service checks of the kitchen, ensuring all items are checked and accounted for 4 hours prior to the match, including starters, soups, mains, desserts, cheese boards, pies, and peas.
  • Ensure all food items for service are present, properly portioned, and adhere to instructions from Head & Executive Chefs.
  • Use equipment correctly and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain the quality of food preparation, production, and presentation.
  • Follow standards set by the Executive Head Chef.
  • Keep preparation areas clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain a presentable appearance in kitchens and public areas.
  • Perform post-service cleanup as required.
  • Attend all necessary training sessions.
  • Ensure all food is served hot and well-presented on time.
  • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations at all times, completing all required forms.
  • Minimize wastage.
  • Return all food leftovers to the production kitchen.
