Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve all products and food items according to pre-agreed specifications.
  • Conduct pre-service checks of the kitchen, ensuring all items are checked and accounted for 4 hours prior to the match, including starters, soups, mains, desserts, cheese boards, pies, and peas.
  • Ensure all food items for service are present, portion-controlled, and prepared as per Head & Executive Chefs' instructions.
  • Use equipment correctly and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain the quality of food preparation, production, and presentation within the venue.
  • Follow standards specified by the Executive Head Chef.
  • Keep preparation areas clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in kitchens and public areas.
  • Complete post-service cleanup as per procedures.
  • Attend all necessary training sessions.
  • Ensure all food is hot, well-presented, and served on time.
  • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations at all times, completing and returning all regulation forms.
  • Minimize wastage.
  • Return all foodstuffs to the production kitchen after service.
