Main Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup of your area prior to guest arrival, ensuring all necessary mise en place, equipment, and preparations are in place.
• Work efficiently, adhering to company practices.
• Complete tasks assigned by a supervisor, working proactively at all times.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, describe menu items in detail to guests, and record orders accurately.
• Understand and adhere to fine dining etiquette at all times.
• Have extensive knowledge of wine and champagne lists, and provide recommendations.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Follow food allergen information and service procedures.
• Ensure all food and beverage products served meet quality standards, are well presented, and served according to guidelines.
• Possess extensive knowledge of all beverage products stocked.
• Report guest complaints, queries, or issues to a supervisor and assist in resolving them where possible.
• Comply fully with all licensing legislation, including company-specific policies.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changes, working in different areas as needed due to business demands or requests.
• Fully adhere to all health and safety regulations.
