Our Maintenance Assistants play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Often operating on the front line, they are real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.

What we require from you

Our Maintenance Assistants are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players within our maintenance teams.

This role is ideal for those currently in a similar role covering a broad range of maintenance tasks within a customer focussed business. They will be able to demonstrate sound problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering our core standards, providing our guests with a great stay every time.

• General Repairs
• Fixing minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Guest Support: Addressing maintenance requests from guests promptly.
• Safety Checks: Performing fire alarm tests, emergency lighting checks, and other health & safety tasks.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring boilers, air conditioning units, and other hotel systems function properly.
• Painting & Decorating: Keeping the hotel’s appearance fresh and well-maintained.
