Where you'll be working
You'll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, Vicarage Road, Teddington TW11 8EZ. The centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you'll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we'll need from you
You must hold a valid UK recognised National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) for this role and proof will be required. Applicants who do not hold this qualification will be rejected.

Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.You'll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.

You'll be offered a mix of shifts which may include early mornings, daytimes, evenings and weekends.

You will need your own National Insurance Number (NINo) to be employed by us. If you are aged 16 years or older and have not yet been issued with a NINo, please contact HMRC or apply for one asap.

What we can offer you
£13.85 per hour, plus 12.07%holiday relief pay allowance on top of hourly rate.
