Job description

Casual Kitchen Porter - Edinburgh

  • £12.21 per hour
  • Location: EH12 6TS
  • Weekly Pay
  • Free staff food
  • Free on-site parking

As our Kitchen Porter, you are a key part of our team and our success. You will use your skills to maintain high standards of customer care and cleanliness. No previous experience is required as we will provide the necessary training, but a full driving license is preferred since the role may involve driving a company vehicle between sites. Shifts: Shifts vary between Monday and Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchens and related areas
  • Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries and supply vehicles, when required
  • Following food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines, in line with provided training
  • Transporting food or kitchen equipment using a company vehicle, which requires a driving license; candidates with a license will be prioritized
