Job Description

As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including all equipment and surfaces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing and storing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Ensuring waste is disposed of promptly and appropriately.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices.
• General cleaning of all kitchen common areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Keeping work surfaces, dishwashing machines, floors, and staff canteen clean and sanitized.
• Ensuring that food preparation sites are clean.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter in a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Understanding and compliance with food hygiene regulations.
• Right to work in the UK
