Hilton is hiring a Casual Kitchen Porter in Glasgow for a part-time shift. The role involves supporting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring health and safety, aiding team efficiency, assisting with kitchen organization, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Support kitchen operations: Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service
• Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests
• Support team efficiency: Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance
• Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace.
