The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Casual Invigilator, you will play a vital role in supporting the fair and smooth running of examinations. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and overseeing examinations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with JCQ, awarding body, and College regulations.


• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of examination materials before, during, and after each session.


• Supporting the setup of examination rooms, admitting candidates, distributing papers, and maintaining a calm, controlled environment.


• Monitoring candidates throughout the exam to prevent malpractice and ensure compliance with exam conditions.


• Collecting and returning completed examination scripts securely to the Exams Officer.
