Hours: Casual role, Monday – Sunday, with flexible start and finish times

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Casual Inclusion Coach will plan and deliver high quality SEND sporting sessions within partner schools and community settings.

As a Casual Inclusion Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive sports sessions for young people across Bristol. Whether in SEND schools or community settings, your sessions will be designed to inspire participation, build confidence, and support holistic development.

You’ll be hands-on in creating safe and accessible environments where every young person feels welcome and supported.

Your work will directly contribute to the Foundation’s mission of using sport to drive positive change, helping young people thrive both on and off the rugby pitch.

Person Specification:
  • A sound understanding of disability and SEN learners and how to coach sport in an appropriate manner.
  • Relevant sports coaching certification (England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA) or Level 1 or 2 Coaching Award from RFU or equivalent (or willing to work towards) or Multi-Skills Level 2).
  • Experience in delivering sports coaching sessions within schools and/or community settings.
  • Be able to work at times and locations appropriate to their role to include evenings and weekends.
  • Access to own vehicle and a full and valid UK driver’s license.
