Rate of Pay: £8.39 - £11.68 dependent on age.

Contract Type: Casual

Hours of Work: 7.30am-3.30pm & 9.30am–2.30pm including weekend shifts

The Vale Resort is an Award Winning, Four Star Hotel, comprising 143 bedrooms, five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. We also offer state-of-the-art sporting facilities and host top-flight international and club teams. Recent expansion includes Hensol Castle, transformed into a luxury wedding and events venue, and a renovation of the Grade I listed Castle with 20 luxury bedrooms, an award-winning Distillery, gin school, and visitor attraction.

About The Role

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure a high standard of room and public area cleanliness, exceeding guest expectations, including:

• Ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard within the time scale.
• Handling guests' belongings carefully and recording lost property.
• Following security protocols and key procedures at all times.
• Reporting maintenance issues.

About You

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to working as part of a team.
