Casual Hospitality Box waiters

The Royal Windsor Racecourse is in search of experienced, talented, and confident Hospitality Box waiters to look after our clients in our vibrant hospitality areas.

If interested, please apply. Candidates must be 18 or over and have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve customers efficiently, professionally, and courteously.
2. Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times.
3. Advise guests on available products within the venue.
4. Promote a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Work independently or as part of a team to meet guest needs.
6. Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktaking.
7. Ensure work areas are stocked with necessary items.
8. Prepare restaurants/boxes for service.
9. Serve food and beverages knowledgeably, and perform cleaning duties.
10. Serve wine and drinks as directed.
11. Keep areas clean and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
12. Record and authorize orders for billing.
13. Process transactions according to procedures.
14. Close tills following company protocols.
15. Assist as an information point for customers.
16. Manage wastage and recycling appropriately.
17. Follow company policies and undertake additional duties as needed.
