Job summary

Leeds International is seeking an Assistant Gymnastics Coach to support Active Leeds across multiple leisure centres in Leeds. The role involves delivering structured recreational gymnastics sessions to children, prioritising fun, safety and progressive skill development, with casual hours and evening/Saturday availability.

You will collaborate with qualified Level 1 and Level 2 coaches, travel between centres as required, and contribute to a positive, inclusive programme aligned with civic

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering a structured programme for athletes and customers
• Coaching progressive practices to develop skills
• Prepare athletes/customers for progression toward goals
• Provide a fun, safe and consistent sport/physical activity programme
• Maintain a positive image of Active Leeds and Leeds City Council
• Encourage development of sport/physical activity across the city
• Attend, support and assist at events and competitions
