Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a Casual Fitness Instructor to join our team on a flexible, casual basis. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding fitness experience for our members and guests, providing professional guidance, maintaining a safe exercise environment, and supporting individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for health and wellbeing, and the ability to engage confidently

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer service orientation and ability to engage with guests at all fitness levels.
• Flexible and proactive approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming fitness experience for members and guests.
• Conduct gym inductions and demonstrate safe use of equipment.
• Deliver fitness support and motivation to help members achieve goals.
• Monitor fitness suite for safety and cleanliness.
• Support delivery of fitness classes and wellbeing activities.
• Perform routine health and safety checks and report maintenance issues.
• Assist with member inquiries and foster a positive fitness community.
