A local community council in Tees Valley is seeking a Casual Fitness Instructor to support their team at the Dolphin Centre gym. This role involves conducting inductions and fitness classes while maintaining a clean environment. Candidates should have a passion for health and wellbeing and strong customer service skills. Flexibility in hours is required as this is a casual position covering various shifts.

We are seeking passionate, caring, and hardworking individuals to support our existing team of Health and Fitness Instructors within a busy and thriving environment at the Dolphin Centre gym. This is a community-focused facility that provides support and goals to a diverse range of customers ranging from 11 years upwards.
The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering inductions, gym-based classes, creating and updating health and fitness programmes in addition to maintaining cleanliness in the gym facility.
As a casual position, this will primarily be covering holidays, sickness and vacant shifts to ensure our service can continue.
