Job summary

The Independent Schools Council is seeking a Casual Site Operative to support a busy Facilities Department, ensuring site security, operations, maintenance and compliance across campuses including Warwick and Leamington.

The post holder reports to the Operations Supervisor and will work casual hours (as required), including weekends, with a focus on practical maintenance, safety and reliable operations to keep the sites functioning smoothly.

Qualifications

• Competent with maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Basic IT skills.
• Can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site security and smooth site operations.
• Carry out planned maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Follow Foundation safeguarding and compliance procedures.
• Report to the Operations Supervisor and assist the Facilities Department.
