Job summary

King’s Oak Academy is seeking Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to support the academy during busy exam periods. You will work under the direction of the Exams Officer to ensure the smooth delivery of internal and external exams, in accordance with JCQ regulations and academy procedures.

Ideal applicants will have a practical ability to follow processes, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, stay calm under pressure, and a caring, student-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in following established processes and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in examination settings.
• Caring, student-centred attitude and responsiveness to needs of pupils.
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support in delivering internal and external exams under the Exams Officer.
• Ensure JCQ regulations and academy procedures are followed during exams.
• Help create a positive and supportive exam experience for candidates.
