About the Team

Are you passionate about historic venues and events? We have vacancies for helpful and friendly Events Assistants to join our exciting Bath’s Historic Venues Team.

The team delivers all private and ticketed events at the Roman Baths & Pump Room, the Guildhall, Victoria Art Gallery, and Heritage Parks. Events can include proposals, weddings, conferences, concerts, dinners, drinks receptions, and parties.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Function Manager in the on-site delivery of events to a high standard, ensuring all attendees receive exemplary customer service and a seamless event experience.

About You

We're seeking flexible and proactive individuals who are keen to gain experience in the events industry. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their feet, be genuinely passionate about being part of our client’s special events, and be ready to provide an outstanding, five-star customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support a team that organises unique events across a portfolio of extraordinary venues.
