Join Our Team - Casual Event & Licensed Bar Staff Wanted!

The Opportunity:

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our casual event team at the Cambridge Town Hall. No two shifts are the same, offering a dynamic work environment.

As part of our team, you will support various events such as weddings, concerts, conferences, and community gatherings. Your role will be hands-on, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and at the front of house, delivering exceptional experiences for every guest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the bar manager with stocking and restocking the bar
• Serve drinks and snacks at the bar
• Prepare light food and manage tea/coffee stations
• Support operations with event lighting, heating, and air conditioning
• Set up and pack down events, including chairs, tables, and stage components
• Follow floor plans to configure rooms for various events
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to guarantee guest safety and experience
• Perform front of house duties, including welcoming guests and ticket sales
