We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner), who are seeking flexible shifts around their existing commitments.

You will provide cover as needed for periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps, which could include full days, mornings, or afternoons.

As an Early Years Educator, you will encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching. You will ensure all children are safe and have rich, stimulating experiences, working in partnership with the existing team to create an inspiring environment and ensure the nursery's smooth operation.

About you:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years preferred; unqualified educators considered if they demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm.
• Experience working with children under 5 is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable.
• Reflects Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

What we offer:

Rates of pay:

• £11.50 - £13.28 for qualified educators, depending on qualifications and experience.
• £8.60 - £11.44 for unqualified educators, based on NMW age rate and skills.
