Inspiring learning spaces and a beautiful garden have earned Old Crofts Bank a reputation for quality care and teaching. We are looking for passionate and engaging Early Years Educators (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner), who seek flexibility to work shifts around their existing commitments.

You’ll provide cover as needed for holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps. This could be full day, morning, or afternoon sessions.

As an Early Years Educator, you will promote a love of learning through high-quality teaching, ensure children's safety, offer rich, stimulating experiences, and collaborate with the team to ensure the nursery's smooth operation.

About you:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in early years is preferred; unqualified educators may be considered if they demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm.
• Experience working with children under 5 is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the EYFS is desirable.
• Reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

What we offer:

Rates of pay:
From £11.50 to £13.28 for qualified educators, depending on qualifications and experience.
From £6.40 to £11.44 for unqualified educators, aligned with NMW and skills.
