Job summary

Hilton in Brighton is seeking a part-time team member on a casual contract to join our Catering and Event Services. The role offers an hourly wage of £12.71 and flexible shifts, including early mornings and late nights, to fit around your schedule.

As a team member, you will delight guests with friendly service, help set up banquet spaces, keep areas clean and ready, and respond quickly to spills or issues to ensure a memorable stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special

• Prepare banquet space with care: Complete table and chair set up according to the requirements for each function

• Ensure a clean and inviting space: Clean and prep banquet rooms, ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless

• Monitor the room: Keep the banquet area clean, and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Candidates must be available for occasional early morning shifts (starting at 6:00 AM) and late-night shifts (finishing at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM) as required by operational needs.
