Job summary

Hilton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to join our Hotels team. You’ll support the kitchen and help maintain cleanliness while delivering the warm hospitality guests expect.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts, free meals on duty, and the chance to grow within a world-class hospitality brand. You’ll work nights as needed to support overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations: Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service
• Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests
• Support team efficiency: Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance
• Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
