Main Responsibilities

• Check opening stock on the nominated catering outlet.
• Ensure stand manager checks and signs all relevant documentation.
• Brief all catering team members prior to service.
• Support your team throughout the shift, reporting incidents to senior management or HR.
• Handle cash and cash up tills.
• Complete stock sheets and carry out stock checks at designated times.
• Address customer complaints efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness of the catering outlet after service and complete any required cleaning.
• Adhere to the Public Licensing Act regarding alcohol service to comply with legislation.
• Monitor the service of all alcoholic beverages.
• Wear all allocated uniform and PPE, following hygiene guidelines.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.
• Align with the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
• Follow all Health and Safety, Food Safety, and Food Allergens policies.
