Casual Concourse Bar Staff

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: Competitive

The Role

The company are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot /cold drinks, etc.

The shifts are approx. 4 - 6 hours home match day only (usually Saturday ko. 3.00pm.).

Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace as they only have a smalltime frame to serve the supporters.

The stadium is very busy on a match day but there is a good atmosphere within the team and you get to know the supporters.

Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training given onsite.

Key Responsibilities

* Duties include using tills, recording information, replenishing stock, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.

* You will also be expected to handle food this can include an element of cooking.

* You will be expected to work as part of a team as there are 22 concourse bars and kiosk around the stadium.

* Customer care is very important to them, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers..

* As a casual worker you must adhere to the club's safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to their safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.

* Obligation to adhere to the club's health and safety policy and procedures.

* Actively promote the club's equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
