Location: Our Head Office in Freshwater on the Isle of Wight

Contract type: Casual

Hours: Standard hours 10:00am - 3:00pm

We are committed to reducing the fashion industry's environmental impact. Our mission is to create a circular supply chain that repurposes waste material into new products repeatedly, leveraging technology to enable brands and businesses worldwide to end waste and promote sustainability.

As we grow rapidly, we are seeking Casual Community Experience Assistants to join our customer service team at our Freshwater site.

Responsibilities include:
  • Resolving quality concerns with the factory team
  • Answering customer phone calls
Qualifications and qualities:
  • Belief in providing world-class customer service and creating positive customer experiences
  • Empathy towards customers, treating them as individuals
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and resolving queries
