Job summary

Norse Group in Wakefield is seeking a reliable Casual Cleaner to maintain clean and organized spaces on a casual basis. You will perform general cleaning tasks and ensure sanitation standards are met.

We require prior cleaning or caretaking experience, knowledge of basic health & safety, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with good organisation. A DBS check is required; training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
• Confident working independently and taking initiative.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanitation stations are topped up.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.
