Job summary

Norse Cleaning Division is recruiting a Casual Cleaner in Dereham to join our on-site teams. You will perform basic cleaning duties across designated areas, including mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal, with AM and PM shifts available.

We offer flexible patterns, weekend uplift, paid DBS after 6 months, uniform, and ongoing training. A positive attitude and ability to work independently on client sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients on-site.
• Capable of working independently and using initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas (mopping, vacuuming, wiping, bins).
• Build relationships with on-site clients.
• Carry out routine checks and follow health & safety protocols.
• Report issues or defects on site.
