The Dolphin Centre in Darlington is seeking a casual Chef de Partie to support its busy kitchen team.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and are eager to contribute to a successful team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and flexibility to handle a busy and varied kitchen environment.

Our chefs serve food at the Bistro, 16 Horsemarket Café, Under the Sea Soft Play area, and cater for buffets, functions, and events both internally and externally.

The role involves working varying shifts, typically 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, and 12pm-8:30pm, with shifts subject to change based on business needs.
