Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen is seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team, maintaining a section of the kitchen and assisting with preparation and cooking duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hotel industry is advantageous.
• Some culinary skills are preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts on a rota including weekends.
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a good eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties as per the schedule.
• Prepare, cook and present food as per kitchen manual.
• Assist with breakfast duties as instructed by Head Chef.
• Ensure hygienic practices and clean work areas at all times.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Hygiene and Fire Regulations.
