Utilita Arena Sheffield opened in 1991, is a vibrant multi-purpose venue that hosts world-class concerts, sporting events, and family entertainment. With a capacity of up to 13,600, it is one of the UK's premier indoor arenas, having welcomed legendary acts like Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, and Oasis. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with menu requirements.
  • Ensure food is prepared efficiently, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
  • Assist in menu development and bring creative ideas to enhance our offerings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adapt to varying kitchen environments, from large-scale events to intimate dining experiences.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • Previous experience as a chef in a restaurant, catering, or event setting.
  • Passion for food, with a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
